Board of Trustees
The Law Library is maintained by a seven-member Board of Trustees. Four Nevada County Superior Court Judges (or their designated representatives) serve a year term as Trustees. The Nevada County Board of Supervisors appoints a representative as the Chair of the Board and two additional Trustees yearly. For a listing of current board members contact the law library.
The Board of Trustees of the Nevada County Law Library hold a regular monthly meeting (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 6304) in the Law Library Conference Room, located on the first floor of the Nevada County Courthouse at 201 Church Street, Suite 9, Nevada City, California.
