Effective June 6, 2022, the court's phone hours are Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm. For faster service, please email the court at nccounter@nccourt.net for the Nevada City clerk's office and trcounter@nccourt.net for the Truckee clerk’s office. Due to staffing challenges, please expect longer wait times for processing of your documents.

These interactive workshops are streamed live from the SHARP Tech Connect in Butte County and will provide detailed help and and assistance on a number of topics and provide help in completing forms. Monthly Public Legal Seminars

The Nevada County Law Library is offering monthly “Noon Time Legal Seminars” to the general public and practicing attorneys on topics of general interest.
