NEW REMOTE APPEARANCE SYSTEM:

In April, the court will replace Zoom with a new scheduling and video platform for remote appearances. Participants will be able to schedule remote appearances, receive connection information and appear for court hearings via a platform developed by CourtCall. A release date, along with user guides, will be announced in the coming weeks.

Procurement

Nevada County Superior Court works with Superior Court of California Shared Procurement Services (provided in partnership with Los Angeles Superior Court) to facilitate procurement needs.

Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) for vendor products and services solicited by the court can be found by clicking the button below. Qualified vendors are invited to review and respond to these requests. Vendors should submit written proposals in the manner described in the specific documents for open solicitations. Prior solicitation requests along with associated Intent to Award Letters and Summary Abstracts are also found on this website.
