The Nevada County Superior Court has released the following Executive Order requiring the use of remote video appearances by incarcerated defendants. | Executive Order #200
In April, the court will replace Zoom with a new scheduling and video platform for remote appearances. Participants will be able to schedule remote appearances, receive connection information and appear for court hearings via a platform developed by CourtCall. A release date, along with user guides, will be announced in the coming weeks.
