The Nevada County Superior Court has released the following Executive Order affecting courthouse operations in response to the COVID-19 crisis | Executive Order #196
Due to inclement weather, the Nevada County Superior Court will have a delayed open at 10am Thursday, February 19th, 2026. Calendars scheduled for the morning will be delayed to 10:30am in Truckee and Nevada City.
