The Nevada County Superior Court has released the following Executive Order affecting courtroom operations in response to the COVID-19 crisis | Executive Order #190
In April, the court will replace Zoom with a new scheduling and video platform for remote appearances. Participants will be able to schedule remote appearances, receive connection information and appear for court hearings via a platform developed by CourtCall. A release date, along with user guides, will be announced in the coming weeks.
The court will be closed in observance of a holiday on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 pursuant to CCP §135.
