The Nevada County Superior Court has released the following Executive Order affecting courtroom operations in response to the COVID-19 crisis | Executive Order #187
Due to inclement weather and road conditions, the Truckee Courthouse will open at 10:30am Monday, January 5th, 2026. Services are available in the morning via phone, online and in person in Nevada City.
