In April, the court will replace Zoom with a new scheduling and video platform for remote appearances. Participants will be able to schedule remote appearances, receive connection information and appear for court hearings via a platform developed by CourtCall. A release date, along with user guides, will be announced in the coming weeks.
The court will be closed in observance of a holiday on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 pursuant to CCP §135.

Effective February 6, 2023, Nevada County Superior Court will expand its clerk’s counter hours at all locations. Clerk’s offices and telephone lines will now be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each court day at all court locations.
