NEW REMOTE APPEARANCE SYSTEM:

In April, the court will replace Zoom with a new scheduling and video platform for remote appearances. Participants will be able to schedule remote appearances, receive connection information and appear for court hearings via a platform developed by CourtCall. A release date, along with user guides, will be announced in the coming weeks.

Calendaring re: Executive Order #186

The court will be regularly calendaring those hearings proceeding in accordance with the latest Executive Order #186in Department 1 or Department 2 in Nevada City or Department A in Truckee, and will do so only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The court will remain open in the current limited capacity to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays, but matters will not be regularly set for hearings on these days.
